If you like 2021 and 2022, worse is coming.
Although millions of Americans, for the first time since the Great Depression, cannot afford to buy eggs, Biden has been proud to praise special interests for his economic success and stand up for the country’s downtrodden people from those representatives.
The Great Depression ended three years before Biden was born, but he’s trying to bring it back.
Under Biden, the price of everything from bread to gasoline to eggs to houses has gone out of reach. No wonder polls show that even a majority of Democrats don’t want him to run for re-election.
More than 150 million Americans are living paycheck to paycheck, even those with a decent salary, as inflation outpaces wage growth, rendering paychecks and savings worthless.
62% of Americans don’t think Biden has done much as president. Only 18% think his policies have improved life for their families. In response to such numbers, Joe Biden spent the State of the Union shouting, whispering and cursing a stream of lies.
Once again, Biden falsely claimed he created record jobs and record unemployment rates by not imposing more lockdowns, while his struggling economy has millions fewer workers in the labor force. He has claimed to lower gas prices, higher than they were when he took office. From there he blames forest fires on global warming, lies about the tax system, insulin costs, the deficit, the debt ceiling and everything else.
But in the most brazen moment of the State of the Union, Biden falsely accused Republicans of wanting to eliminate Social Security and Medicare when he spent most of his career cutting Medicare and Social Security. Obama promised to spend “some political capital” on making “very hard choices and sacrifices and issues of responsibility and duty.” And tasked Biden with helping make those cuts.
In 2007, Biden told Meet the Press that “Medicare, that’s the gorilla in the room, and you have to put it all on the table.” “We have to do something about Social Security and Medicare. That’s the only way you can find a place to pay for it,” Biden said as recently as 2018.
Not only did Biden lie, he accused House Republicans of his own sins.
Trump said that “Biden tried to cut Social Security and Medicare”. Bernie Sanders accused Biden of saying “we should be cutting Social Security in many cases.” He forgot all.
No moment crystallized Biden’s callous dishonesty more than a politician whose reckless spending has gutted Medicare and Social Security so that the Medicare trust fund runs out in 2028 and Social Security is destroyed in 2034 by posing as a staunch defender of what he has spent his career championing. For and now on the brink of tanking to finance corrupt special interests.
Even with Social Security and Medicare nearing bankruptcy, Biden boasted of spending $5 billion to subsidize electric car chargers for the wealthy. Given a choice between seniors and his Tesla donor base, Biden would kill seniors so his supporters could drive easier.
How much he cares for seniors. And all the rest of us.
The rotten foundation of Biden’s State of the Union address was a sympathy fake. Sympathies fall apart even on casual visits. After declaring war on the police and denouncing America as racist over the death of Tyree Nichols, Biden mispronounced his name as “Tyler.” While he urged the audience to think of the parents whose children never came home, the thousands of parents who have lost children to violent crime, including to the illegal immigrants he unleashed on America.
In Maryland, Kayla Hamilton, a 20-year-old autistic girl, was strangled to death by an MS-13 gang member just months after the Biden administration released her into the country.
This is the face of one of the thousands of American men, women and children that Biden championed in his speech as a result of open borders and pro-crime policies. In the face of a crime wave and an onslaught of border migrants, Biden has doubled down on calls to legalize illegal aliens and go after police departments instead of criminals.
Biden has made life worse for every American. Most have lost income, savings and plans for the future. Others have suffered more. These crimes are only mentioned in passing. The nation’s top Democrat described schools as closed, passive voices, when it was his party that forced schools to close and destroyed the educational potential of a generation. He demanded that we mourn the lives lost in the pandemic while his political allies forced Covid patients into nursing homes resulting in the worst deaths of the pandemic. He told the story of a girl who died of a fentanyl overdose and failed to mention that his appeasement of China and open border policies were leading to overdoses across America.
“Covid has shut down our businesses, closed our schools and robbed us of so much,” Biden lamented. Covid did not. Democrats did. And, given a chance, they would do it again.
This is the criminally treacherous legacy of the Democrats and their corrupt ilk.
Under Biden, America has sunk to its worst levels. We have no food, no borders and no future. China suddenly invades our country and knows that Americans are the ones Biden will fight.
The State of the Union is the latest phase in the long left-wing war against America.
Biden made his way to the highest office in the land by selling everything he believed in. And now he’s so far gone that he doesn’t even know what he believes. His pitiful voice, breathy, rushed, angry, had the belligerent slant of a doll that looked proud on the podium even as he raised his hand to his side.
According to a The New York Times essay, Biden “read the draft aloud from top to bottom” and “practiced in front of a teleprompter” to “make sure the language was coherent and clear” and “marked his speech with fine lines and dashes” to tell him “when to take it.” A breath, pause between his words or go through a complicated transition.” All that practice stopped as he ran through his lies, muttering, whispering, shouting and confusing laugh lines and applause lines.
But as bad as Biden’s State of the Union delivery was, his policies are even worse.
Biden called for passage of the PRO Act, which would outlaw freelance workers similar to the California model of mandatory unions, legalize illegal aliens, outlaw religious freedom, and legalize the killing of infants up to birth. And those were just the proposals his speechwriters deemed palatable enough for one of the country’s most high-profile speeches.
The woes we’ve faced since the nation’s ballot collectors elected him are just the beginning. The DNC rigged the primary for Biden and party leaders endorsed him for a second term. And his speech warns us that the worst is yet to come.
